Victoria Bach Festival Ticket Policy
We want your experience at the Victoria Bach Festival to be both exciting and comfortable. The following guidelines outline VBF's ticket policy and concert etiquette.
I've misplaced my tickets. What should I do?
If tickets are lost, call VBF at (361) 570-5788. We will verify the purchase, and patrons can pick up reprinted tickets at the box office prior to the concert.
I can't make the concert. Can I get my money back?
VBF tickets are nonrefundable. The value of each ticket can be used as a tax-deductible contribution. VBF will issue ticket holders a tax receipt for the amount they paid for the ticket(s). Ticket holders unable to use their tickets are encouraged to call VBF at (361) 570-5788.
We care about the comfort and listening pleasure of our audiences and musicians. Latecomers or patrons who leave the hall will not be seated until a break in the program. Your usher will alert you as soon as it is possible to be seated.
Do you offer discounted tickets to groups?
Special rates are available for groups of 10 or more. Call (361) 570-5788 for details.
Photographing or taping concerts can be distracting to our performers and audience. No recording devices or cameras are permitted without special permission from VBF.
Can I bring my children to VBF concerts?
Supervised children are allowed at all VBF concerts; however, we strongly recommends the shorter daytime concerts for children, particularly those under age 8. Children ages 8+ are welcome to attend all concerts provided that they are supervised by an adult. We ask that supervising adults choose appropriate seating in case they must leave the hall. Every child must have a ticket (student tickets are sold at a discounted rate). Children of all ages are welcome at our New Young Artists concerts and kids camp.
How should I dress?
There is no dress code for VBF concerts. Concertgoers usually dress casual to business casual. Remember, it's summer in South Texas!
